Learning as a Service will involve
deployment of a Dedicated Instance of
the Open edX Learning Management System
(LMS) along with available content.
Synergetics shall Manage the Deployment
and Infrastructure on a 12-hour basis
and Provide Executive Support along with
Managed Services for Delivery of
Learning through the Platform.
as a Service will cater to all Practices in regards of
Technology. The Tools which will be used are Open edX
and Azure. This service will be for Deployment
Engineers, LMS Administrator, Project Manager,
Mentors/Technical SME. The Activities/SOW include -
Deployment, Administration, Mentoring. The Reports which
will help to Monitor the progress are Learner Progress
Reports, Learning Analytics and Learner Assessment.
Knowledge Transfer, Building Skills and Learning
Platform will act as the Deliverables whereas the
Delivery Model will be Online for this Project based
Engagement. The Pricing Model attached to this
Engagement is Fixed/Per Course, T&M.
Dedicated Instance will involve Microsoft subscribing to
a Virtual Deployment, the deployment will be hosted in
the partner’s subscription or hosted by Synergetics. The
deployment shall provide for Customization of the
Layout, Include their Own Courses, Drive Technology
Adoption as per the Partner Organization Strategy.
